medical indexers receive higher than abstractors....

salary sa indexer kay around 330 sa ako panahon (regular an 1yr kapin coz naay increase yearly) per day plus incentives if you reach qouta..amo qouta dat tym was 40 articles per day which is 10 pesos per article..basic salary 330 + qouta 400 =730..plus if you can index more than 40 per day..bayran ug 20 pesos ang 41-infinity articles hasta sa kaya nimo iindex..heheso example makaindex ka ug 50 mao ni imo salary per day plus incentives..330 + 400 + 200 =930...if makaya na nimo pag-index..ang bari lang dha kay dako kaayo tax..ako tax sa una kay 2k - 3k..btw, this was in 2005-2006 while working pa in inno..ambot lang karon coz murag crisis man..hehe

mostly night shift ang transcriber...mas maayo adto ka sa HR jud m.ask ky murag mag.hire ug new transcriber.....
