    Default calltek?..hmmmm..

    I just recently applied at Calltek. I passed the exam and so was the speaking test. During the interview, they let me speak for almost 15mins, with them doing nothing. And right after that they told me that they still need to check on my resume and my exams and etc. They said that they're going to call me, but they didn't. Why is that?, Is it because I speak well. I am not trying to lay my wits, but I know I did well on the interview, it's just so unfair. C'mon, I've worked with several huge call centers before, so you can imagine how many English-speaking people I've dealt with. This is the worst application I had, and so is the worst call center, I think. don't get me wrong, but these people are unfair. That's all I can say. Lucky for me, I had Convergys on the other hand, which is way better than Calltek.

    Its too bad that you didn't pass, but i think ang mga interviewer kay dli lang sa skills in speaking english mag base. They need to consider other things mn sd.

    I don't think that experience is the gauge for accepting applicants in this call center, and it's also not fair for you to judge Calltek as the worst call center just because they did not accept you. That would be sour graping. If they did not choose you then it means that they found better applicants.

    hmm there could be other reasons ngano wala ka ni gi hire. sometimes man sad gud mag depede sa HR. naay uban HR nga dili kayo taas ug standard naa say uban nga hasta gyung taasa. ang uban sad kay moody heheheh
