Saijo, i.determine lang what you're looking for sa camera features bah or image quality. Based it sa imong ganahan and not what we say kai some statements diri opinions ra including mine.

If you like portraits, the D90 is for you because it produces a soft warm image. If you like landscapes, i suggest you get D80, D70, and D40, these models produces crisp color compared to the D90.

    Cheers!

mao pud ni ang sa D5000 nga sample photos:
Full-size sample photos from Nikon D5000

Whenever you're not contented with the in-camera jpeg output, it is time for you to take control by processing your RAW files. RAW processing with a color managed workflow is your key to better output.

First, don't listen to me this is just an opinion. I could not tell whether a photograph is taken either in JPEG or RAW. There is no way I could spot the difference otherwise informed. But, I can tell a badly taken photograph from a good one. So, focus on composition then color.

Default Why should I get the Nikon D90 instead of D5000?

hello !! :] Thanks for letting me know bout this site saijo !! haa !! :] well, I just got my d5000, and the reason why I got d5000 instead of d90 is...... First of all, I'm not a professional photographer and would'nt stick to photography anyways .. second is.. d5000 is easier to use than d90..... 3rd d5000 got the Gold DIWA award: The D5000 was selected for the high scores it received in terms of built-in advanced technologies, wide variety of functions, and ease of use. :] 4th is... for beginners d5000 is a good combination of d40 and d90 .. 5th is.. It's more affordable than d90. 5th is.... it has HDMI output (video or whatever). so .. I guess that's just my opinion :]

    in general: it's a friendly-tech user DSLR ..

oh oh yeaaa.. Im not quite sure if d90 has the same screen as d5000 .. and d5000's screen is protectable .. :
