I think its good for the body, but BAD for the soul and conscience, just for a satisfaction lang o.k ra cguro just to release the heat nga imo na feel towards a person nga imo ganahan nga ganahan sad makig one night nimo. but think of it after its done daghan ang troubles nga moabot sa imo kaugalingon, lalo na kung committed or minyo.
