maayong gabii mga sykesters, naa pa mo? hehe
hahay,,,just found out na 3 of my team mates are resigning this week, not including the one who just resigned last week...na unsa naman ni uy!? (3rd floor me)
from SE here... awol... crazy shifts that changes every week... di nako putlan gamay ako kinabuhi diha... sa among batch (newbies), about 2 or 3 nalang nabilin...
this is really sad...being with sykes for so long, i'm suppose to defend it, but lisod man i defend.
one of the biggest man unta ni na CC (dako pero gamay sweldo) what is happening?
60% of new employees = would range from 100 to 120 (correct me if i'm wrong)
40% of old employees = hala ka daghan!!
I think its not that tanggalun na sa Sykes, ibalhin lang sa laing account... They are still considering the employees, kay sa laing CC, once na mag bawas ang usa ka account ug manpower, tanggal na ang ma-apil.
I can understand the accounts point for doing this, hope they learn now.
Na okay na ang March sched for SE.
Anyway, nagtinanga lang ko =w= Sayop ako Log Mod na naapply. What to do~!! *panic*
@nhelven. thanks sa nfo, the thing about transferring them is that, i train nasad sila (good for the agents kay maka relax pa sila - bad for the company kay mag train nasad - sige gastos)
it's true na sige ug pangita/hiring ak sykes - ramping na gani.
Anyways, ma I WAS SYKES najud ko hapit na...hehe
