jollibee and mcdonalds from an outsiders point of view seems like its a "sureball" kind of business, but in reality its not. nothing is business is a "sure" thing

the best thing to do is bank on big names which are already established. jolibbe and mcdonalds will be very good. but even though, you still have to do a lot of studying. there are a lot of factors that will play a part in it

there are a lot. jolibee and mcdonalds to name a few. theres no such thing as "risk-free" in business, not unless you do a lot of studying and strategy
