last week, i was not able to access my account (one and only pa jud) sa laptop n my last option is reformat.
wori kau ko sa license basin ma yataps nya once ma reformat.

kinsay naka experience ani nga error on Windows Vista and how did u fix this type of problem?

had google'd this type of problem and tried the recommended solution to the problem but to no avail.
