when i made this comment, this pertain to @ richmak27 - SYPHILLIS remark . syphillis bacterium is the that causes this STD. most of the time, maka mislead at times when its classified this way ky this is actually the MODE of TRANSMISSION when u say STD and not all of them are caused by a virus.

i didnt intend to generalize all STDs, my fault ... i didnt made it clear!

syphilis kay viral man tali na... i dunno if tinuod pero murag viral na xa... den kung ang mama nai syphilis unya manganak, ders a possibility na stillborn iya baby...

so ang gusto nako na STD kay pubic lice.. matambalan rag shampoo sa iro or just by shaving ur pubes.. ^_^ OT ko dah...

^^^ go see a doctor. its never wise to sel medicate specially if mao ni nga case. u might be treating urself for something u dont have.

i think antibiotics should be taken for 7 straight days. my doctor friend told me that if you discontinue treatment before the 7 days is done, chances are the infection will relapse. the virus/bacteria that you had will be immune from the medication you took so ur next rounds of antibiotic will be of higher dose and more expensive than the last.

.. but, is cefixime the antibiotic your doctor prescribed you ?? or is this just hearsay from friends. Antibiotics are very specific and in cases of STDs, they MUST be very specific. Even if you know that it's gonnorhea, you still have to know how WHAT and HOW MANY times you'll take your antibiotics. Coz you might have allergic reaction to a certain antibiotic and you'll die ( i'm not joking ).

.. go to a doctor, don't be ashame. In fact, be proud, coz you're sexually active
