update: well lately it has been hard for me to eat more healthy..
from May 15, i'd decided to record my weight and food i ate and my decided 'official record day' was saturday.. i'd initially weight 227 @ May 15 which is a monday..
May 20, my first saturday.. weight at 226.5lbs.. lost .5lbs.. but that's better than nothing..
May 27, a week after.. weight at 223lbs.. lost about 3.5lbs.. felt so good that i'd actually cheated two nights in a row!
today May 29, not official but just tested to see how much i'd gained or lost.. and the result is...
went back around 226.. OMG.. i took me a week to lose and just two nights to gain.. kinda lost some confidence and cheated again tongiht.. but tomorrow i'll be more stricter with my diet and exercise
will post next saturday, June 3
moral of the lesson.. you are what you eat!
i'm gonna try something diffrent this week and see if it works.. here's my plan..
MWF- weightlift ( no cardio).. <-- i'll be doing the 'pre-exaustion technique'
TTHS- double cardio ( 60mins. morning and 60mins afternoon ) <-- only for this week
