Globelines Broadband sucks

We have Globe DSL here in Naga for about 5 months. The first month is OK, but the rest is hell!

It keeps on disconnecting every after 5 mins, most of the time it wont even connect. In 1 week's time it works fine for a day only. I called customer service, the rep said "WE KNOW THAT SIR, AND ITS JUST NOT YOU WHOS EXPERIENCING THAT PROBLEM." I asked wen will this be fixed, the answer was were still trying... and that call was over 2 months, again same sh*t.

I contacted their email support, they responded after 3 days. Internet worked fine for a week... then same old problem again.

Im writing this to warn people about the imcompetence of Globe DSL. Or if someone knows whats going on please tell me and educate me, Globe just wont tell why cant they deliver the service we are paying for every month. They just take and take the money and the service has been forgotten.

ang PLDT naa man pud ingon anan na problem. try asking kuno some people near your place kung ok ba ilang internet konnection and unsa in internet service ilang gi gamit (PLDT or GLobe or BayanTel ba). kay basin bati gyud ang globe dihang dapita. diri sa amo kay maot kaayo serbisyo ang PLDT.

naa mi silingan nga naay internet cafe parehos sad sa amoa. problema man gud sa Naga Globe ra gyud nga DSL ang nakaabot, sus kung napay lain dugay ra ko padisconnect.

kung dili bayran bai putlon man sad ang phone, wala jud tawn tay bawt aning dagko nga mga companies.

So far ok man ang Globe. Try ask to replace your modem lang kay basin gubaon ang imong modem.

unsa may modem gihatag sa imo, speedtouch 330? basig naay loose contact imo linya dha sa gawas balay i pa check na sa globe. kun mag uwan dili saba ang linya, kay kun saba naaay grounded ana ipa check sa taga globe.
