since your always on a tight budget, i suggest going for ovation lcd 32" they are nice because of the price. If you want other brands then u will need a higher budget.

    si personalmgt nag sell ovations.

32" HD ready ones are from 20k to 31k. depende lang kung cash, credit or installment..

meanwhile the Full HD 32" ones are from 32k up to 50k. depende sa brand, features, specs, etc.

i don't know about you but i'd like to stick with household names for a peace of mind. bahalag mahal gamay kaysa kulbaan kog daku..

Based on my own research the best bang for the buck is the LG Scarlet 2.0 , 32" model (LG 32LH70YR), it not as low as the models posted above pero this is also considering the features and image quality you get.

    ^^very true EarlZ.

full HD, very sleek design, USB, Bluetooth, TrueMotion 120HZ, 2.4ms Response Time, ug daghan pa. that's why i settled with LG.

pero the only problem with the 32" scarlet kay walay stocks sa tanan karon. checked with every store here in cebu. wala jud. ang price ani kay 32k to 35k..

@yugi: might i suggest that you go to Robinson's for cheaper prices and greater deals. i'm in no way affiliated with them but cheaper jud sila. tapos with lots of freebies pa. unlike sa SM, freebies are for cash / straight card purchases only. nya wala pajud wall mount dala.
