Who has an idea how much an endoscopy costs, and where can I get one?

Lately, I've been having faint traces of blood in my sputum,
and I'm worried about it. I've had cases of ulcer and GERD before,
but I don't seem to be experiencing any pain now.

Anyway, I had cough and colds about 3 weeks ago.
But I don't cough much now; maybe only 2 or 3 times a day, but it's dry.

When I spit (saliva/sputum), coming from the throat, (for about 3 weeks also)
there's some faint traces of blood; the red colour is maybe 5-10% in concentration.

GERD is most likely just the same as Hyperacidity! sometimes ul have episodes of heartburn, the regurgitation of some food/acid at times felt like mura musaka sa tutunlan. nausea but mostly no vomitting.

if u feel like it is a TB bro .. den try SPUTUM EXAM first .. dey will examine ur SPUTUM .. den if u feel like it is ulcer den u really need to have endoscopy to visualize ur stomach .. if theres really a breach in the lining of ur digestive tract

You can also try Chong Hua Hospital Medical Arts Building and look for Leslie Tan (I think that's her complete name . . . ^_^). She's an internist. I had an endoscopy with her a couple of years ago. She's nice, and you definitely need a very accommodating person if magpanendoscopy ka because the procedure is quite hmm.. uncomfortable.

The range will definitely be from 4,000 to 8,000 depending sa doctor and the rate pud sa hospital. You can ask Chong Hua, specifically the Endoscopy Department. Like what some said here, it's better if you have insurance so the cost is less.

Also, see an internist before you go for endoscopy. You need a referral for that.
