    i think that's ghosting. did u happen to have a filter on your lens while you took the shot? and what lens did u use?

    @erwinp
    its just a typical flare when shooting directly towards the sun... your pic no.2 is a nice frame to capture only it is a bit under-exposed but nevertheless a good catch... I just love a simple landscape/seascape with a touch of human drama... try to kneel down or go closer to the ground to have your human subject more visible by using the sunset/sunrise over the horizon and try making your horizon a bit straight if possible... keep shooting boss, you're doing it great

    Thanx mga master for the advise....

    @onherblackwings....im only using my kitlens lens 18-55mm & also have a genric filter on it....

    *****I just wanna ask also if it is neccessary to use filters while shooting directly to the sun in order to prevent flare ? what typical filters would you prefer to use?......

    CPL reduces lens flare to some extent. Others use that lens flare to add drama to the picture taken.

    bro that green glare\flare sa imong mga pictures ...dili na xa sa filter or any defect sa camera or lens ....its a natural color from the sun itself....ang rays sa sunlight are composed of different UV rays .and some have different color like blue orange red etcc and also green.di nako mo explain further kay pang physics nah..na koy nakit-an sauna nga pic ni picture siya ug sunrise ..makita jud nimo na most of the color are red yellow orange and some parts are green.try to google lang for more info.
