You are supposed to be automatically redirected to their new login service when you try enter any outgoing url... Unless of course you fiddled around with your dsl modem

naa gyud problema ang pldt karon kay maski ako wala ko kaabot atong login page sa pldt since morning. so i called them up at 2pm and they gave me the ip address. mao nalang kuno ang gamiton pang login kay naa kuno problem ilang portal.

It's standard for all new PLDT DSL subscribers. It's what I've seen on my sister-in-laws connection. Part of their plan to keep users who aren't tech savvy from sharing connections. It's discussed also in another forums about all the broadband users in the Philippines.
