Why do talented employees leave companies ideas!
maka sabot mo ngano wala ko ganahi mo stay... maihapa ra ang maayo diha. Its not about the salary

statistics are just there for numbers.. but it does not mean its true to all at all times.. we dont need to be smart to see the truth, though we dont need to be employed to know... based on the advancements made by Q after a few years of stay in cebu have proved Q has something to stay, and grow. dumaguete will soon rise.. and that is great indeed.

lets not kid ourselves, its all about the benjamins.we wont wake up and change our body clock if its not for the benjamins.maybe others, gikapoyan mangita og lain, maybe others naa nakit-an nga significant other within the company, and im sure others dako na og position mao gisayangan mangita og lain, but plz guys, lets not be hypocrites,no one will work for peanuts except for elephants.
I read the wiki... pero I personally don't think its applicable at all times kung ang reason lang nimo to leave the company is and imong sup or immediate head.
True to the fact that the company is growing and is giving enough jobs to people is a sign of leverage. If you don't like the way you are treated, why not make a truce? Almost all growing companies have HRD's, its there for a reason and not just recruitment. That is why its called "Human Resource Development" in the first place. We often make mistakes by quitting our jobs because we don't like the way our SUPs treat us or in other words we don't want to be supervised. If you think you've done that part and still not seeing results then that would probably be the time to look for an alternative company. Otherwise, we mourn and weep from our own mistakes.
Ana jud na basta sweldo di jud ta ma tagbaw... pero kung wala na gani trabaho mahay nalang ta. hehehe... wala diay moy job offer? wherein maka negotiate mo sa inyong salary? too bad... di man gud ko sweto sa agents nga part. I've been here not that long ra pud.
Pero so far based on the working environment hehehe... two thumbs up! hehehe...

"Almost all growing companies have HRD's, its there for a reason and not just recruitment."
what if the HRD itself is defunct?usually, the reason why some companies which have messed up sups is coz the HRD themselves are the ones that has the problem, either thier biased,or theyre juz really thier for recruitment and most of the times they dont give a s**t.and quitting coz of the sup doesnt mean the agent is quitting coz he doesnt wanna be supervised, most of the times, the agents fight back if theyre being stepped on,not quit.the reason they quit is when they did everything they could to fight back (including going to HR) and still nothing happens.i have been to many call centers and seen so many cases and instances to say that agents quit coz of the supervisor and the problem is within the agents themselves.but hey,i respect your opinion and you do have a point, and you also pointed out that "I personally don't think its applicable at all times",so,fair enough, hehehehe.
"Pero so far based on the working environment hehehe... two thumbs up! hehehe..."
yah,i think thats the only reason im gonna stay for a bit longer.thanks for bringing that up,at least thats a positive comment from all the negative crap i hear.and no,we cant negotiate.
