My pet won't eat and vomits

I really need help. I'm kinda worried right now....it started that when zoey escaped last Thursday afternoon and Friday dawn, it seems that zoey lost her appetite. She's not like that before. Here are my observations....

1. Last Friday, she won't eat her usual dog food. So I thought maybe ni takdol ang kapuol.
2. Saturday morning came, I gave her a little of dog food and even bought a another brand kay basin napul-an lang...she did eat a little but she threw up
3. Come Saturday night (last night), I bought chicken liver as appetizer and it did really bring her appetite back...now, when I checked around 11pm, she threw up (vomitted) everything she ate....

Behavior:

1. She's active. No signs of weakness or the like
2. She drinks a lot of fluids
3. basa diay iyang poop
4. Angso kaayo ang iyang ihi karon

What can you advice? I am really worried about her...I'm planning to bring her to the vet later. Hoping somebody can help or give me advise on what to do.

mao na ang symptom pag gibitok? duda pud ko nga nakakaon or nakainom ni ug hugaw atong time nga naka buhi ni siya....

and to tell you, she's still hyperactive...labi na kita ug laing iro or iring...hehe....

by the way, would this also be a sign of her first heat? just wondering..still new to this thing.

ako dog ana sa una then kay ang findings sa vet kay blood infection..taas kaau iyang infection sa blood..so undergo xa ug antibiotic...better bring him to your vet for proper diagnosis

wla ra xa nagluya but dili na ganahan mukaon kaau then magsuka pirme..dako ako gasto ato bro kay taas ang infection sa iya blood then gitagaan xa antibiotic for 1 week then after a week kay follow up check xa then blood test but gamay ra improvement so continue antibiotic nya hangtud naabot ug 1 month jud to then weekly iya bloodtest then niubos pajud iya RBC ato so naay gi vaccine sa iyaha para pa boost sa RBC niya which cost 4k per vial then kada vial kay 2 shot ra..then naka 2 vial jud me ato...hahayst grabe kaau to ginastohay..good thing wla ra sad xa gi confine but almost daily sad mi sa vet clinic oi hehe but thank GOD ok na kaau xa karon healthy na balik
