I need help for my 8-month old Motherboard guys... What's the possible deffect?

GIGABYTE Motherboard Details:

Model: GIGABYTE GA-P31-DS3L (refer lang sah google)
- 45nm CPU FSB 1333
- Support DDR2 1066 Memory
- no on-board Video (kinahanglan nih cya ug Video Card)
- wa ko sure sah deffects, ni-brownout ramantoh, nya pag-on nako kay di nah mo-on...
- mag-8 months panih nako...
- baligya nalang untah nih nako...

sure najud ka mao na ang guba? gi try nimo laing psu?

naa toh ni post diri nga na brown outan pud dili na mo boot...sumthing to do with the bios daw toh iya prob, something happend sa iya bios setup...try reset imo bios pud bro..basin lang pud d.i..maO raman iya gi buhat.

sure ka bro na ang motherboard guba? because at times like these na pirme mo brownout ang usually maguba una is ang power supply especially na pag brownout wala gi-ibot sa outlet ang avr so pag balik sa kuryente ky surge daun so ang mauna jud na guba ang power supply... dili man ang brownout ang mka guba sa pyesa, ang pagbalik sa kuryente which is called ELECTRICAL SURGE mao ang cause most of the time.

have you tried a known good power supply? or perhaps have you checked the power supply if there is power by shorting the green and black wires and if mo.andar pa cya? have you checked the voltages of the power supply if that is returning with correct outputs?

have you inspected the motherboard if it has still a flea light lit up? have you inspected the motherboard for signs of capacitor bulges?

maybe that would help...

@siopao dili ko approve ana kay ubang brownout kidlat man ang cause mao toy gikagub-an sa ako generic na PSU ug sa akong ethernet kay ni katay ang corrente nya wa ko naka ground sa ako pc awh sunog.

if di na ma da ang bios kay ila man na tanggalon ang bios na chip then ilisan ra good to go na daun. ang problema asa ka kita ana na chip. pero naa pa man na warranty ipa warranty nalang na.
