I just installed my new intake.. I can feel the power changed a lil bit

the engine sounds better when have a intake to huh,.....

ay Ranch,..... why dint you go with a CAI? do they make CAI for Toyota Altis?

I can't find CAI suppliers and installers locally.. the Simota in-take really make a dif'rence.. I tried to rev 4k rpm up the engine goes broom broom and I like the sound better hehe

i dont know if Simota Air intake or any basic performance air intake realy makes a difference but its alil' noticeable (i would say an average of 5HP gain)

there's a
- basic performance air intake system
and there's the
- expert engineered air intake system

i would change your air filter to a K&N or if possible APEXi,..... way better air flow,...
other thn dat,.... looks pretty clean,... wat about some engine strut bars to complement ur polished stainless steel intake tube

rance, cholocoy, how about fuel consumption when having performance intake systems like simotas, are there changes? tnx.

installing CAI or SRI system will actually improve ur gas mileage,.....
on average,... driver's w/ a air inatke sytem will see about 1-2 mpg improvement (on street or highway)

complete exhuast system's will also improve ur gas mileage,....

but once u'v got both install'd,.... u'r gonna be rev'ing alot,... for about a week or so,....
the sound of the engine w/ a air intake system,...... headers,... exhuast system,.... and i nice muffler (not to loud),... it just sounds hella beautiful,...

savings on gas is great. any ideas how a simota air intake system does? that's the only one i saw on display, i guess other types would be hard to find as experienced by rance above.
