    Exclamation Someone Help Me???

I've been wanting to inquire about the status of my application for my working visa but it has been 4 months (they hold my PASSPORT, EMPLOYERS CONTRACT and COPY OF THE PETITION)and I still did not get any reply from the embassy. Now my Employer is coming she wants to personally go to the embassy to ask on what grounds were they holding my documents for.
    So heres the question:

Do I have to set appointments to for me and my employer if we go there?
IF YES then how do we do it?

    Help me please

take note, 20k dollars in a university program is not enough sa usa ka semester here sa US. i have a cousin who is taking a course at John's Hopkins University ky tag 3k dollars ang per unit sa subject. unya naa sya mga tag 3-4 units na subjects. na sa-on nalang ug nag student loan sya d pa gyud gihapon kaabot. ga work man sya at same time so loan pod sya sa iya credit union...

u will definitely be lucky if provided ka tanan sa imo uncle labi na grabe ang recession karon sa USA.

Thanks much!!! for the Reply Vienzel and luv2luv...
My employer is coming to personally assist my situation. She wants to go to the embassy with me and inquire about my application status.

Do I need to set appointments like the one I did when I was about to be interviewed OR do we just go there and tell the guards of our purpose
Thanks again for the previous replies

you can never go to the US embassy without prior arrangements or appointment set. it is better for u to call them on their helpline nos. and to retrieve ur case and ask who to speak with on this matter since your employer is here to assist you. ask about the process and how to go about it completely!

Dont keep ur hopes too high and dont misinterpret this information (as crab mentality) i am about to tell you...They (American Embassy officials) dont talk business directly to anyone without them notifying you to come over for the matter. Cases like these are followed up directly by the employer's Immigration lawyer. Institution to institution communication ang mahitabo ani ky mao ni ila cultura.

    gud luck.

wow... Thanks again vienzel and rockrhyan
I did try to follow up 2 months after my interview but the helpline number only told me that the consul had not put up a decision on my case yet. If ever i get banned or denied I only hope i can get my passport soon cause I have other options ahead aside from the U.S.
Thank you again istoryans I'll give you an update in this same thread if I guessed myself right of getting banned or denied

his case is different among all other applications, @rockrhyan. if u go back to his original post then u will understand why he doesnt have an appointment letter coz he went already during his scheduled time frame. there was just a major glitch that happend, pretty big time issue gyud!
