Actually, 100% di tinuod iya balita... Bai, it's final... Ayala Land has tied up again with the Floreindos... In a letter dated February 19 to the SEC, ALI is set to develop a multi-use complex on the 3.2ha Floirendo lot in front of G City Mall... Initial investment is 2.5 Billion Pesos to develop a mall with a gross leasable area of around 40,000sqm (roughly the same size as SM City CdO if you include the ground level of the carpark building)... Construction will start 4th quarter of this year... A botique hotel and BPO building will follow once the mall is finished... Estimated target opening date is 2012... Another exciting project for Cagay-anons and people in nearby areas...

It's actually 18 and 33 storeys... Pero, as of the moment, only the 18 storey hotel has funding... The Lims were able to get a 750 million loan from Security Bank to finance the 18 storey hotel... Word is, they are still looking for a partner to finance the taller structure...
