Hi guys. At first, manual focusing was a b|+ch. There are many accessories to improve manual focusing, e.g., adapters with focus confirm chips (Nikon's will confirm focus even without the chips), split focusing screens, and using LiveView but according to members of Manual Focus Lenses :: Index, with practice, one could get used to manually focusing without these aids.
By the way, visit above forum to learn more about manual focus lenses. MF photowalk ta one of these days

@uzumaki: I wish I could help you bai. I can only answer for Canon 450D and 40D If the 28mm 3.5 isn't sold by December 2010, I'm keeping it. I just need its faster sister more, the SuperTak 35mm f/2. There's one sold in ebay but the last element has haze so I'd rather wait for one that is in near-mint condition.
Yeah, the lens hood is unique, isn't it? I'm not sure if it adds to or subtracts from my pogi points though (padamgoha ra ko kadali ha).
@busterbox: Salamat.
--- I'll share my weird Sinulog shots taken with the 28mm ---
@uzumaki: According to K20D Digital SLR - Official PENTAX Imaging Web Site, it uses a KAF2 mount. This is a different from an M42 mount but same link says "useable w/ adapter" so you still need an M42 to KAF2 mount adapter?
