    how about mais instead of rice? will it listen the carbo, kc sometimes mangita jud yg kan-on ako body mao bugas mais ako kaunon. i made it a week without rice and sakto ug cardio. nindot jud paminaw sa lawas.

    murag lesser man tngy ang carb content sa mais kaisa rice. but naa lng ghapon carb. mada ranang no carb diet? pede ramn maka kuha ug other source of calories dba? d lng sa carb, kai dghan man maconvert ug calories ang carb gd.
