Cebu and Davao? I'm a son of both cities! I'm very lucky to have both worlds....born and raised in Davao....with roots from Cebu. Now living a life in Cebu with an upcoming small biz in Davao.... I love Cebu and Davao!
I remember few years back when Davao International Airport was attacked - Cebuano Officials - Mayor and the rest visited and joined the Araw ng Davao parade wearing a shirt with a print on it " Cebu loves Davao."
Cebu and Davao are natural sister cities. most of the peeps living in Davao have relatives here in Cebu. Even Mayor Duterte's root can be traced here in Cebu.
Businessmen in Cebu have expanded their businesses in Davao and same with Davao entrepreneurs.
Chain of Gaisano Malls, Shopping Centers and group of companies - purely Cebuanos are enjoying their businesses in Davao.
Halo, Netexpress, Citihardware, Holiday Spa and the upcoming The Venue - purely Dabawenyos are also expanding in Cebu.
And where can you find the Waterfront Hotels? only in Cebu and Davao.

yup...pero bag-o pa man na na under sa waterfront group of hotels..what I am trying to raise are hotels bearing the name itself "Waterfront Hotel". Waterfront Hotel Cebu and Waterfront Hotel Davao are two established and popular hotels owned and being successfuly operated for years by Waterfront in Davao and Cebu. While Manila Pavillion was once owned by a Acesite Hotel Corp then bought and being operated (just recently) by Waterfront! Originally Posted by slakker

tama sab.. sguro matic ra na response sa usa ka tao na pilion iyang hometown.. hmmm... naa ko mga wala nauyunan diri sa cebu, but doesn't mean i totally disliked it. dili lng jud nato malikayan na mukumpara ang tao, nature na jud na. chori.
