i've read an interesting article in Reader's Digest about diets and losing weight.. it says that there is no one diet or no "magic bullet" to lose weight.. it says that different people may react differently to different diets... i think it was the December 2005 issue.. i tried searching their site but didn't find it but instead found more interesting articles.
