    Thumbs up Share Your Practical Stress Management Tips


    I will be conducting a series of stress management seminar this February. To enrich my module, I invited my friends to visit my blog to share their stress management tips. To put more fun, I will be giving one winner (with the most practical advice) in February and another winner in March 2010.

    Please share your most practical stress management tips here. This will help not only me and my workshop participants but also everyone in this forum.     I manage stress by SMILING alot.. ^^
    .. bsag GGB ang show, ipa agi lang ug joke ang tanan nya smile.. ^^

    wui... interesting lagi ni... me, i cry hehe then bak2work na daun kai naka hungaw naman, but this is just like a band-aid fix lang...

    Stress Management

    -travel/escape from ur usual daily routine maski kadjot ra
    -if daghan ka money hehe pag shopping
    -if kk ra pwede ka visit mga close friends or mag arrange ba mo og group date
    -meditate
    -if hilig basa try read mga inspirational og self-help book
    -kong jologs ka watch kag Melason

    e-ampo ra na hehehe

    just step back from the stressful situation. you can do that by taking a break, doing something different for a change, or even by sleeping. Simply removing yourself physically from the stressful situation and finding something else to occupy your mind will help calm your body and mind. It may just make you see that it's not as grave as you thought and you may even find someone who can help. then when naka-recharge na ka and had thought it over, then balik na ka to work out whatever problem nga kailangan e-work out
