I sure hope it's not because of money reason. In fairness to Byron Garcia - if he's the brains for the dancing inmates, kudos to him, the warden & the choreographer.
I hope Byron Garcia settle his differences with his sister the governor and maybe have those inmates dance again as part of their rehabilitation.
I don't agree though that the inmates dance in front of tourists for a fee or not. Their dancing should NOT be made a money-making venture.

good na ang sayaw sa inmates. part of rehabilitation & therapy. to recover their lost self-esteem. but when you use this inmates for your own gain it's another story, my friend. beside that, it's a security nightmare if you allow tourists inside the jail. just let them dance infront of a camera and upload it in the 'net for all to see.
