maybe in picture sa ilang facilities is ok au... but kung naa ka sa personal... daku au ug deperenxa..

they need to improve there way to treat a customer.. all there staff must be trained or seminar..

@ oceanbayresort... dapat ang pagtreat sa customer kay EQUAL.. mura man mo dili pilipino kay mas maayo pamo mo entertain ug foreigner kysa sa mga pinoy ug taga-dalaguete jud!..

akong advise paghimo og topic sa imong bodoos....ayaw cge og post dre...kon naa kay kalagot sa ocean bay pwede ka maghimo og topic nga imoha pero cguroha nga naa kay saktong ibedensya sa imong gipang sulti....

ako igo ra ko nisulti sa akong nabantayan dre...wala ko bayri sa taga ocean bay...gusto lang ko og due process kay pwerte naman gud nmong post dre against sa ocean bay...

Don't mind that guy.. We are all free to post our comments and opinions. He is even using other people on his behalf. Well we can't do anything regarding that.

All we can say is that. The resort treat every guess equally. We don't prioritize any guest all equall. Regardless local or foriegners. The staff are nice, good and very hospitable. Every week we are having seminars in the resort for the staff.

Actually we already talked regarding thier stay in the resort. After they visit camiguin they will book in the resort.
