what i found useful that was not in any book/website i read is to have a small battery operated night light near your baby's bed. really usefull for nighttime feeds so you don't have to turn on your real room light. keeping the room dark at night helps your baby understand that night time is for sleeping. it worked for us--baby has been sleeping 10 hours straight at night since he was 2 months old.

ako ma suggest pod ika gawas na sis... document everything!!! for a scrapbook-junkie like me, take lots of pics, have someone to do that, then have it in file esp the lil things, receipts or cards, deflated balloons from the welcome party and all sorts... yeheyyy, happy for u sis... ingat lagi ha and ENJOY THE MOMENT

dli man mkasulod akong OB sa maternity bro..usa pa, dli pud nko feel nga adto manganak sa maternity hospital..although ilaha jud specialty ang magpa-anak pro mas dghan kog nadunggan nga bati about maternity than good..heheh..nya same ra pud nabayad sa nu..dpende na jud na sa OB ang end result sa panganak..

correct jud so get a good ob. kami btaw we opted for the best jud bahalag mahal. prenatal lang daan sus dako kaayo mig gasto pero we know na its worth it coz we have the best ob gyne in town.
