I advice that you eat more than 3 times per day complete meal that is, try to lessen your physical activity a bit since this will get more energy supposedly required to get you bigger and fatter. sleep atleast once per day inthe afternoon and have 8 hours of sleep. Take a good source of B vitamins this will help you increase your appetite, I recommend taking vitamins 1-6-12. If you have been doing this for a month or two and you do not see anychanges at all, try to go to a doctor maybe you have a hormone problem, which sounds alot more serious than just high metabolism.
Bro ayaw lng kabalaka, mo dako raka kung nana nay buhok ang imoha. So for the meantime enjoy lng sa. It will take awhile to have a great body like mine.
