    Default Short Blogs

3 A’s has to be practiced everyday.
    A-Attention; A-Affirmation; A-Appreciation

Thinking how great each person is can be done.
Double-checking has to be regularly done.

Another New Year resolution kicks-in. That’s to make oneself irrelevant in Facebook.

    What to do in Facebook?
    Upload photos without publishing
    Accepting Friends request
    Sending birthday wishes

Things to do in the office

Smile. Work. Appreciate all the best people.
Take lunch with the officemates in the round table. Say Hi-Hello to the cubemates.
    Have dinner with some projectmates

Early morning will be a checkpoint on how I’m a feeling.

Create a video blog at the end of the day.

Always remember: Be an obedient and appreciative employee. Life is a happy accident.

    Handling Diversity

    How to handle diversity?

There’s a practice I would love to share.

Handling diversity can be started by having a love book.

A love book celebrates the goodness of a person.
Each time there’s a person whose views & attitudes are different from yours,
you can think and say softly to yourself – Love Book, many times.

That way, the focus is on the wonderful strenghts & on the goodness of one's heart.
And in each encounter, you can remember the nice things you wrote about him/her.

Badminton for me ? ! Why not?

It all started with an invitation. That invitation was a key to two things: knowing the sports better and most of all, knowing more the person inviting me and the other teammates who are into it.

That’s the beauty about sports … It brings in camaraderie, friendships and it keeps your sense of humor.

Badminton has the kind of finesse that is aspiring and there’s constant mobility during the entire game.

Gotta go and learn more on the badminton stance, basic swings, the 1-2-3 action, short serves, short backhand for badminton and many more.

It’s cool to learn something new each day.

Where did I learn badminton? I learned it @ the best place to be.

    Goal in Life

The smartest goal as of now is to improve on my written and oral communication skills.
More practice means more improvement…. Less practice means less improvement.
Investing more time on sleeping and on writing short blogs is one of those smart goals.

    What to write for today?

Of course, an entry should be written about our family trip to Cebu, about my brother’s wedding.

    What are the highlights?
-The realization that friendships, legacy, happy family life will make you rich.
-To work for a cause and to have a simple life is lovelier than living a grand urban life.
-My mom and my brother appreciate our visit.

Here are some questions for all the leaders in the Philippines:

Do they care about supporting the lives of the people in the south? Do they care about allowing us to give back to our parents & relatives by serving them?
A direction has to be set for the seed that was planted.
    There are options.

    There’s hope.

The hope is quite evident from the beautiful smiles of my fellow Cebuanos.
The focus is on the talents and on the spirit of each one.

Those talents made the wedding magical. It was well-planned and the pretty small details are noticeably unique and special. The Cebuanos are indeed creative, highly-spirited and talented.

What matter most though is the life after the wedding. Me, worried for them? Nope.

After witnessing the wedding and after hearing my brother’s vision & dreams, my confidence increases.
My brother and sister-in-law can definitely sieze each day of their married life.
With their capability to network, nothing is impossible. Sounds like a proud stage sister. hehehe… Yes, I should be proud. My brother is far inspiring than some people I’ve met.

He is living a purpose driven life by bringing back his talents for a good cause.
Apparently, riches are not required in having a purpose driven life….

    Tulips

Let me be inspired by this flower. The flower that will continue to brighten the days to come.
It can be found in the office of one of our leaders.

    Yesterday was a wonderful day.
My job is close to my heart and that’s what matter most.

Got a chat with the leader of my hubby
He is really good and you’ll be inspired.
After listening to him, your engagement to the company will be renewed.

It’s worth staying in the company that we as a family love.

    Speaking about Love:

In the month of Love, we indeed celebrate love.
It is evident on the content of the February edition of The Buzz magazine.
That February edition is filled with Love stories from the local show business.
There’s the Milay-Jason love story and the love story/love team-up of:
    - Kim and Gerald
    - Toni and Derek
    - Nikki and Billy
    - John Lloyd and Bea – can’t wait to watch Miss you like crazy
There is also a column about the crushes of some of the celebrities.

Good thing. There are more pages to read. hehehe

The kids… They are simply adorable.

They really can now joke around.
    No A-dull-T moment with them.

My hubby… Being with him is always a romantic moment and it’s wonderful to regularly connect with him
He brings out the best in me.

    Happy Love month everyone!

    He’s Just Not Into You

A movie which can give the realization on how blessed you are because there’s hope.
As fast as you can, go ignore the denial part; hold on to that faith and move on...cheeeezzy… LOL

… knowing after all the unreturned phone calls and broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment... you never gave up hope – Gigi

The weekend has been a great and interesting break.
Personally and professionally, a lot of realizations were made.

Hey, how will you hold off tears at moments that you’re joyous or hurtful in the office? hehehe

It was just funny when I found my tears fallen down my cheeks. Shame on me – LOL

On another note, a new goal has been set and that is to live a life of an ambassador; to be tactful and to focus on the goodness myself can share.
It can be started by reading books and watching videos about it.
Few books were added into my ebook folders.
My engagement has always been this high & my conviction in achieving this goal increases.
Wish me good luck and God bless to me in this new endeavor.

Saturday night, Marky brought me to a rock concert for the first time.

The band is called Trivium. It was fantastic to witness how my husband rocks. Don’t know what’s in this mind though when he is rocking. hehehe :P
But for me, I rocked my heart out in gratitude with all the blessings received.

The venue was air-conditioned with a lot of "bouncers". I saw a mosh pit for the first time.
    It wasn’t that bad.

Matt Heafy is handsome. He looks neat. Rock music isn’t indeed about drugs and violence at all. You’ll not go home with broken arms or legs. hehehe

At their final song, black balloons were released from the roof, which added a festive element into the freakin' heavy atmosphere.

Hmm, there are a lot more topics to share such as Pinoy big brother winner – Melai; Winter games 2010, NBA All Stars … little time for me though

    “Til next time :P

Epic and classical songs inspire me. It brings writing ideas.
Here’s a classical music only channel in youtube:

    ~~
Have you heard about the movie Letters to God? It’s an interesting inspirational movie.

Hmm… The idea of writing a letter to God regularly may sound now as cliche but I still go for it.
After sharing my ideas about anything under the sun, I can write a letter to God at the end… :P

Let me start with this entry. hehehe

My wisdom tooth got extracted today. Hooray… we made it…
At first, it was scary. It had been a long time since my last painful procedure and that was after giving birth for the second time.

In the middle of the procedure, it wasn’t that painful at all. The pain was familiar to me and I can always recall how it had been managed during my labor pains…. Breathe in… breathe out…

Thoughts about the people who believe in me made me strong too.

Do you want to see the extracted wisdom tooth? hehehe

To give everyone the benefit of the doubt and to have self-control are the virtues enlighted/encountered last week. :P

On another note, there were quite a number of interesting items last week.

    Below are these items:
    -Up in the Air movie
-Melai as the Pinoy Big Brother winner
    -The Emcee role
    -Twitches the movie

    -Up in the Air movie;

There might a time in your life when you think that less talk means less mistakes and less human relationships means less complications.

However, less practice means less improvement. You have to “immerse” yourself into the wonderful, meaningful way of living life.
How more can you live life meaningfully if not by relating to everyone and everything around you.

    As Ryan had said:
If you think about it, your favorite memories, the most important moments in your life... were you alone? Life's better with company.

-Melai as the Pinoy Big Brother winner

You know what, I find Melai as charming. With her funny character, she can handle well any situations through humor. I love her. She can dance, sing and can really make you laugh. Uber sa talent , Uber sa saya ! :P

    -The Emcee role

It was an interesting role wherein there’s the sense of fulfillment at the end of the day. :P ~~

    Dear God,

We praise you for the gift of life, family and friends.
We thank you for being there at the moments we are in extreme joy such as having a new baby in the family, winning big; and at times we are in extreme pain such as having a wisdom tooth extracted.

We thank you for those who continue to believe in us.

And we thank you for all the people around us; for all the events in our lives… and for all the opportunities to grow into a big , big tree. :P

    We love you always. mwah.
