what computer store man bro? last time nag pa apply man ko sa proc. nako for 100pesos sa arctech, dugay na nuon to mga 2004 siguro.

thermal paste pud ako gamit from ac/dc. wa man budget pampalit sa arctic silver.

silicon compound payts na oist, renew it every 6 months lang, aron malimpyohan pod nimo ang heatsink ug fan.

Arctic Silver 5 is the best, but if you get it on resistors/transistors, or any other part of the comp besides the CPU, you're screwed. It's really electrically conductive because it' 99% silver. Only one drop on the CPU the size of a rice grain.

or you can use Tuniq TX-2, it's cheaper than the arctic silver 5, non conductive but very effective thermal paste, one of the best.
