    its because uling has greater heating capacity in grilling compared to LPG.. ang LPG dili mana mukatag ang init kay limited sa flames, ang uling kay evenly distributed ang heat.. mao you're wrong in assuming nga mas paspas muluto ang LPG kesa uling

    lami dyud ang original manok/chicken inasal sa Bacolod and Ilo-ilo. Kung sa Bacolod or Dumaguete, paresan og shrimps. Kung sa Iloilo, paresan og fresh talaba. Grilled sa uling dyud, dili gas grill.

    pero when i was in dipolog city last year, nangaon man mi diha twice... wa may laing option kay alternative pod sa jolibee...
