Try too google for "PHP college textbooks", "Java college textbooks", if makakita ka ug result especially from US university resources then go and buy that book. Kasagarang gamiton nga mga textbooks sa mga Universities kay mga detailed and naay mga projects ang libro. And also, I know mga syllabus pud ug mga professors diri sa US kay they put on a website which can be crawled by engine bots so basin makakita pud ka ug result. Nindot subayon ang ilang mga syllabus, in fact that's what they follow to teach. This will work for you if okay ra ka mag self study.

Intermediate Java Programming Course

This is course information by the way dili syllabus. So you can also search for "php course information". Most US professors mag lay out na sila sa ilang course topics per week, so if you can follow through this with the required textbook, mura na kang nieskwela ug America. Make sure lang when you visit the website, i print out sigurado para ma keep nimo ang documents. This is a cheaper way to do a refresher you don't have to spend money except for books though. Also, when you've covered the fundamentals google for "php projects" daghang resources online nga maghatag ug scenario to test your learning kumbaga. Do those exercises and you should be good to go.
