Naa sa 1st page ang info imo gipangita. This is the same info posted from another forum site that I visit regularly. Walay bayad registration ani. PP is allowed, as to what extent I don't know, but considering this is sports photography what is there to PP as long as you get the exposure right, IMO. If you have more questions naay number sa Thirsty nga naka-post sa first page, you might want to give their office a call to clarify some stuffs
