Sen. Panfilo Lacson hinted broadly that “explosive” evidence related to the legitimacy issue hounding the President has been unearthed, while urging the minority bloc in the House of Representatives to go ahead and file an impeachment case against Mrs. Arroyo in June.

“They (opposition congressmen) have obtained new evidence that they can expose to convince others to sign up for the impeachment bid,” Lacson said

He added this would be the right time to file another impeachment complaint, since less than a year from now, local and national elections will be held “and it is an opposition year.”

The senator pointed out the chances of the minority group getting more congressmen to sign up for the impeachment complaint are better, considering the pressure the congressmen’s constituents will be placing on them before the polls.

Lacson adverted to the bombshell that will be supported by “physical evidence” as being related to the poll fraud charges.

An independent source also yesterday told the Tribune that this bombshell may refer to videotapes of several House break-ins, with witnesses also caught on video testifying

to the carting away of several ballot boxes before during and after the canvassing was by Congress.

Tribune was informed that several Malacañang aides who took part in the carting away of ballot boxes and documents switching will be identified.

It was also said by the independent source, a congressman from Mindanao, that from what was gathered, even some Commission on Elections officials and officers may be ready to testify on the poll fraud.

on the brighter side...na gamit niya ang kwarta sa tawo thru finding ways in impeaching the President...

wala man ni success last year... karon nasad.... once a year raman maka file ug impeachment..... filan sad unta ug impeachment complain na clang Sen. Lacson, Reps. Ocampo, Beltran, kanang batasan 5 apilon unta..... haaaayyyyy...... for sure the opposition ray kabalo mo file.....expert gyud cla ana....

Legitimate or not.. PGMA is the lesser evil.. Hey we had a legitimate president before, pero ato siya ge impeach.. ahak lang..

about changing constitution, daghan man pud usbonon.. if you have not been listening sa Pol Sci 1 ninyo which is Philippine Constitution, you would not understand sa need..

try reading the book.. medyo dako siya..

pero i think it's worth it..

kung ang opposition move gehapon for impeachment, wala ta mabuhat.. pero kinsa epuli??

dili bya sila ganahan ni Noli de Castro..

the good politicians of this country are all gone..

hope ang kabataan aware ana.. coz wala na ta hope if we will all depend our future to people like drilon, ERAP, Jinggoy or Loi Estrada, worse Susan roces...

Bisan kinsa siguro ang i-butang nga presidente, even kung ang Pope pa, dili gihapon mahunong ang mga rally sa mga militant groups.
Ilaha gihapon na i-impeach.

Dili sila muhong until sila na ang naa sa position.. and the cycle will continues.
