if thats the case,I think im GUILTY.caught up right their regarding 'WANT' factor.

you see,since I was a small boy I really WANTed to have a dog like german shepherds,
until now,I still do.

infact, that was the reason for me to flew to manila last year,came home later in the evening the same date.because I want to fulfill that 'WANT' that I kept for years. and yes,I brought 2.for extra fulfillment.

I agree with @humper at some point,
that because of the "over-excitement" they get, some people tend to forget the basics,the simplest things,which are sometimes 'the most important factors' on housebreaking a pet.
REMEMBER:
1.the more [pets] you have,the more [time-space-budget-attention] you should provide for them..
2.Maintenance,of course.
Eventually,if someone cannot keep up- Their pets end up unattained.simple.

I,too..made some previous mistakes,even though months before acquiring new pups,I already have my kennel set-up,with built-in drainage-system,very very spacious indeed.pretty comfortable with it,until we realized the location was mosquito infested, tsk3.now I end up installing fans.plan to relocate it again.

but then again,this is not a simple hobby,its a lifestyle already.
I just cant put them into a situation like that,they're my family.[extended though hehe]

at the end of the day,

I still 'WANT' one,
no,I 'WANT' more,a 'PACK'..hehehehe if the "factors" permit!

i was thinking na GSD

but i have two toy dogs..one toy poodle and a shipoo (i guess)

ok ra kaya GSD?

she wants a rott

i want a GSd

unsa ang best choice?

yes i think its a pure breed,maklaro man sis,but tan awa lang jud personally para ma appreciate nimo.its an "IHID" sa litter matud pa i lil saint.i really like the color ani na GSD...

any kind of dog or any kind of guard dog sis,basta naa lang ka time e take care siya og e disiplina mo maayo na nga guard dog.wa may bati nga iro,naay bati nga owner.bisan unsa sis basta dedicated ka mo hatag of time,love,care niya and be responsible.

but in my opinion,a german shepherd may not be the best buddy dog there is outthere,may not be the best guard dog,may not be the best obedience dog,but theres no dog that would do all three better than a german shepherd.

what are your comments about this dog?and why is he heavily criticized by many
*some funny comments say,
1.this dog is partly rottweiler-
2.that most of his pics were altered,with that humongous head,
3.he was entered in ULM,2009.but never shown.BIG QUESTION,they say.
4.no videos of the dog,not one.

IMO,Geck really is a beautiful dog,[nice pics??hehe]I think he's a breakthrough for the Italians.
Aside from Vegas-type GSDs,I think Geck-type is my 2nd best.
