Guys, im thinking of shifting frm tsr to csr, specially to sales account. Is the salary worth it? Were you given training to be a good sales support agent? Did you handle non.Sales accont before being in a sales account?

nindot ang sales kay naa commission.. i find it exciting. pag-maka sale gani q, feeling nko maau na kaau ko, hehe.. pero at the same time grabeh ka stressful kay u have to reach ur quota

it depends guru sa company..im working in a good company since it just started...its not that stressful but it really depends on our leads..the account is not that bad its simple but at the same time its not that easy to sell....good luck!!
