Nikola Tesla, the forgotten wizard. He contributed a lot of inventions, ideas and futuristic opinions, but sad to say only a few number of people recognize this man. We owe a lot to him. He showed us the true meaning of "Genius." His inventions were so advance that only a few number of people can understand his concepts.

In my opinion, he is one of the most intelligent, and of the wisest person who've ever live. Despite his sad and sorrowful experiences - stolen inventions, rejected ideas, people who manipulated him -- He still continued to contribute to our humanity. He is the TRUE GENIUS!




Let the future tell the truth and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. The present is theirs; the future, for which I really worked, is mine - Tesla

The only reason why Nikola Tesla is popular because he exhibited traits of Mysticism. Most people actually hate science because it ruins mystery for them. Which is why, sadly, in a world where Einstein ought to be more popular than Tesla, it is Tesla that reigns supreme for them.

People at that time embraced science like that of an amusement park. It's so sad that Tesla is as smart as Einstein in terms of Physics and even more creative than Thomas in terms of inventions using electricity. The reason why he can't ride up to fame is because people around him are ignorant,jealous,mystified apes...

I have to agree with sir rod. This is in fact true. I do admire Tesla also for his contributions in science. The scientific community does also recognize his achievements. The unit of Magnetic field is even named after him, the TESLA or 1 VoltSecond per square meter. All of electromagnetism has been well-explained by Maxwell's equations. It describes everything in the electromagnetic world from the mesoscopic scale to the macro scale. I wouldn't really only give praise Tesla for all contributions to electromagnetism because a lot of people have contributed, not only Tesla. If you are an optical, electrical, electronics, or communications engineer or a physicist or simply somebody who knows the history of science very well, then you know how every famous scientist or inventor has his place in the history of science.

Tesla was a brilliant man in terms of physics and the sciences.. but he was a complete idiot when it comes to the behaviours of man..

ive read an article bout economics lately in yahoo finance. it stated that the economies are very afraid when the humans (market) become rational...

Tesla believed that humans behave on empirical formulas like water or gasses.. he was very very wrong.. edison wasnt a genius when it came to physics, but he was a genius when it comes to marketing...

moral of the story : its always better to be wise than to be smart..

Tungod sa self interest nga makakwarta ang ubang tao at the time of Tesla, alanganin lang gihapon atong kahimtang karon. Kung gitabangan pa nga molambo ang nahimo ni Tesla without greed, kana makaingon ko nga mas hayayay gyud 'ta tingali karon sa tinuoray. There will be no use of crude oil as fuel karon, lesser unta ang air pollution.
