Naka group na man gud sila daan sa akong target breeding groups. I didnt expect them to start this early coz my breeders last year started producing by late summer man....and they are not supposed to start breeding during the cold season...normally, they started breeding as soon as the weather gets warmer. however, tungod siguro sa medyo constant na temp sa akong pet room..mao they started breeding earlier. but my other 2 females haven't started yet.

Musta diay to imo female nga nag lay ug egg? did it continue laying more?

i have produced a few females man pud last season...but random lang pud lagi. tungod sa kainit dinhi sa ato-a, an aircon unit is needed to bring the temp down to 80degF to 83degF from the usual high of 88degF to almost 95degF. But good thing I am now working most of the time at home, hence, I am planning to place my incubating container this time sa akong "home office" which is naka aircon almost the whole day/night. Hopefully, more females will be produced this season because of this new set-up.

leopard geckos are nocturnal lizards, hence, they don't need any special UV lights. The only purpose of your lights (preferably cool white flourescent bulbs) is to provide illumination so you can appreciate your terrarium as well as your pets.

Since most leopard geckos are placed indoors, it would be ideal to provide illumination during the day to simulate daylight (they sleep in their hides anyway, though they occassionally roam around the enclosure during the day)...then turn it off in the evening after feeding them. They do not like lights when they are active in the evening...especially the albino LGs. My albino closes his eyes and turns away from any strong illumination. The Albinos' eyes are very sensitive to light.
