Hi everyone! I have been using odesk officially last August 2009.. and I have created a team myself and have help them land a job online at odesk..
perseverance, patience, hard work, willing to learn and a fighting spirit to sustain the competition. I say its a competition kay daghan kaayo from other countries like India that accepts work at a very low rate nga some other odesk providers/workers has been fighting for exploitation issues.. but odesk cannot stop it. we should try to sell ourselves here, its our abilities to market ourself in this kind of community. BE CONFIDENT! Do not be afraid to ask for HELP.

Hi! Im already a member of Odesk and I completed my profile already..I dont have any portfolio and I dont have any idea what kind of portfolio are they referring to...I need someone to help me with this...I always receive msgs saying that i was not selected or qualified!!!
