Good thing about nvidia is that they have a lot of passion for their product like apple.

i have to disagree on some parts. they're a little late for their passion, fermi is delayed while ati has been flooding the market with their cards. since their success with the G80 ~ G92 series, they've relaxed and turned into a marketing company.

amd on the other hand, was silently looking for ways on how to sell cards with decent performance, easy to reproduce with tons of features. here's a good read for that:

WHen fermi is released you would see the ambition and passion for their product with nvidia.
Its just that ATI is much better in terms of business strategy and product positioning(timing).

Nvidia's marketing and price strategy is similar to a stroke patient their efforts putting up great performing monster cards is awesome though regardless of the delay.
Nvidia is like a car manufacturer lamborgini who cares nothing about the price all they care is how good their product is in terms of performance. Talking about top of the line segment.
