~ just extract .rar files in

~ download the contents after the extraction
Breifing:
Product Code - used for nokia phones around the world. different country means different code.
Philippines - V40 is not yet available here that's why we should to change our product code.
not all countries have the V40 still. i prefer you to choose product codes from
countries in EUROPE.

Directions:
1. Run
JAFSetup_1.98.62
2. Extract
OGM JAF PKEY Emulator v5 to desktop and RUN IT!
3. Install Nokia PC Suite / Nokia Software Updater <-- up to you
4. Run
OGM JAF PKEY Emulator v5
* when program comes up there should be a "
GO" key at the right side for you to click
* after clicking the "
GO" key a window will pop up. just click "
OK".
* after clicking the "
OK" button, JAF would then run.
5. In JAF please click "
BB5".
* check the "
Product Manager" box
* then click "
Service" which is at the right side
* then another window shall pop out
* in the first blank box, shall you place the
product code but first! click "
Read Values"
* the product code of your current phone should come out then that's the time you change it.
NOTE! please be precise with the codes or you'll end up getting headaches.
* after changing your product code (which is in the first box) click "
Write Values"
* when it is says DONE. it means you just changed your product code but you can just change it
back to the original product code (remember your original product code if you want to)
6. Run the Nokia PC Suite
* click on "Update Software"
* it should detect your phone and read your product number.
* then NPS would see if V40 would be available for your place.
* it shall update your phone and please have PATIENCE. some might take a while
* if you're done with the update, disconnect your unit from PC and take a look at your
5800 V40!!

- Home style widget with Nokia 5530;
- QWERTY Keyboard Auto Rotation (on text input screens)
- Refresh Icons “Sharing Online”, “Configuring Accessories”, “Configure Phone”
- New screen alarm, but only when the screen is locked
- Improved application “Updating Applications”, which also renames Upgrade SW
- The application “Data transfer” was also implemented in “Settings”
- Real Player Updated to 12 October 2009
- Ovi Contacts installed
- Removed Download! (Ovi Store still available)
- Touch more responsive
- Improved stability
- Slide to Unlock during call
- New contact & music widget.
- New screen alarm, but only when the screen is locked.
- New screen incoming call, also only when the screen is locked.
