So when you get to a point when "you think you can earn more by doing less or as much as you do right now", the choice is obvious.
I still don't forget LCS/Kudo (?) Support as my first call center employer.

Honestly, i'm still observing... can't tell if it is worst coz i'm still working with the so called Worst Call Center at the moment. But for those worked here before and judged this company the worst, it's the grief you had while you're with the company and you had no one to turn to and talk about the things that needs to be improved.
