Need some info with amd am3 board

I have an athlon 2 x2 240 socket am3, should i get a certified am3 board, like msi 770 or is it ok to buy any am2+ and am3 ready board, say msi 785gtm? Will there be any impact on performace especially with the hypertransport feature? As ive read, if an am3 was installed in an am2 board, ht will be reduced.

AM2+ board will do.

you are right reduced if am2 na board ibutang pero if am2+ nimo ibutang ht is 3.0 naman cguro that can support it. a 780 chipset can do that.

pls take note. if u want to use ddr3, an am2 board cannot do that..
