next sinulog requirements... must have zoom lens (must reach 200mm)...wide angle lens, kit lens, 50mm's and below 100mm... BANNED!!! .... hehehehehe ... para malikayan ang mga reklamo nga ang buko2x sa photographers nalang ang makit-an...

Kanang photog "congestion" sa Fuente, yearly occurence gyud nuon na. After 5 years of shooting, nagkadaghan na gyud ang photogs. Wala ko ka witness sa congestion this year, kay hing likay na lang ko sa Fuente, so I dunno how bad it got. And I think we should take note - dili ra baya kita taga Cebu nag shoot; daghan pud photogs gikan Manila and other places. Just like last year, dili ko ma surprise nga apil pud na sila sa ga tapok.

congestion this year and previous years is much the same... naa siguro na add gamay... pero gamay ra gyud kaayo, mga usa kabuok ra... hehehehehehe

those who whine... wala mag expect nga ingon ana diay sa sinulog photo contest... nagtuo sila nga it's a walk in park ra once naa naka sa sulod...

Let's get back to the topic at hand....

How about let's help the Sinulog foundation in finding ways to control the situation next year by giving them suggestions...

My first suggestion is to cordon the contingents with a rope and the people assigned to this should be strict in not allowing photogs or spectators in getting inside the cordon. The Sinulog foundation (SFI) will provide volunteers to cordon the contingents, may it be with the help of the students/cadets/NGOs..etc.

IDs will be confiscated for those hard headed photogs that will really get inside the cordons!!!

My second suggestion is SFI will provide orientation for all photogs who joins the contest with regards to photography ethics and guidelines in covering the Sinulog event. Dili lang kay pangwarta ila hunahunaon nya cgi panawat ug registration bisan nagkulang na ang tshirts.

mao ra to..i'm one of the photogs myself and i've been covering the Sinulog since 2002 and I can say that every year same situation arise nya walai gibuhat ang SFI.
