I own a canon sx10 is...around half a year na...pero hangtud karon di pa ko kaayo kama-o mo gamit sa ubang settings, most paticular and macro mode ug super macro...suya lang ko sa mga nagpost diri showing nice pics on macro mode...unsa-on mana ninyo bay

How close are you with the subject? is there a macro lense attached?..tudlo-i ko bai bi...TIA

read the manual bro about sa macro & super-macro mode regarding its effective distance. can't recall sa macro mode but the super macro is really 0mm, smack into the lens. and there's a lot of resources found here (try search) sa istorya & by just googling about camera settings. basa basaha lang sa mga threads bro & soon enough you'll get to know how to adjust the settings as per your need.

yes bro, gigamitan gyud ni ug macro filter ang mga macros posted here. back read on this thread bro & you'll get some info about it. try also sa macro thread, you can get a lot of info about macro shooting esp sa start of that thread. szichri is the man there .

@nissanss: asa ka palit imu macro filter?...sa pixel pro rako kita but set man ila gi-offer na filter...1.1k for 4 macro filters...BTW, you using CHDK on your SX10?

bai, unsay gamit sa lens hood sa sx10 is? na wa man gud ako sa didto ko Camiguin....kung necessary gyud sya, ad2 ra ko kapalit sa Canon ana?

mga bro didto ko pixel pro...nakapalit ko ug macro fiter...4 macro filter set for 1.1k...try ko ug use during weekends...
