i would have thought so as well.. but i was told it's not always the case.. one can usually see who insisted to move on despite, again, my car's head already halfway turning right, from the direction of scratch marks.

despite all that, the way he handled the situation was very much reflective of how much everything has gotten up his head.

do you think i have not been held up, snatched, stolen from? i have worked in a fast food chain in colon, have went home 2am, have went to work as early as 4am. i have, many times, been in that situation. i did not have a car yet then.

i have to admit, at that time, i would have felt like putting the bullet right between their eyes. then if you think about it, let us say, manoy junjun and manoy intong were both snatchers.

manoy junjun stole your nokia 5110 and sold it to buy 2 grams of shabu, while manoy intong stole your iphone3g and sold it to buy antibiotics for her daughter who is in the hospital.

who do you think deserves a gunshot in their heads? do you think dumpit should decide?

Who are we to decide on someone else's life? Not Dumpit. Certainly, not you and me or them. Let the course of justice run its wheels, no more, no less.

stealing is still a crime whatever the motive is. but as for those right minded and good policemen who do their jobs (disable criminal elements who escape or fight against the law enforcers or worse, kill), then i say kudos to them. job well done. if manoy junjun and manoy intong would fight against the law then they get what they deserve.

what if manoy intong was your uncle?

like many of you, it is so easy for you to judge, when you are not the one being judged.

i never said they should get away from the law either because one might have stolen just a cheapo 5110 or one might have done it for his sick son.

they should face the penalties against what they have done. due process gives the accused the chance to share his side. should any of the factors i mentioned about manoy junjun or manoy intong really count, i don't know. regardless, to put a bullet in their heads because a guy with the gun says he one is a criminal or not, is plain savagery.
