Fastest Solution: Explorer.exe wont boot at startup and Task Manager has been disable

configure your bios: optical drive as 1st boot.

1. insert disk installer for your OS.
2. restart.
3. let it boot from optical drive.
4. try to check if there is any option that allows you to "REPAIR" your OS, i mean instead of doing a clean installation there should be somewhere in there that allows to click the REPAIR button. i havent tried using it but i've seen it several time whenever i'm doin a clean install of my OS.
5. pray that you'll find it.

try boot safe mode with command prompt.

ig abot nimo sa command prompt. kay ipa run ang gpedit.msc

if successful then adto ka user configuration->administrative templates->system->ctrl+alt+del-> nya e find ang remove task manager then choose disable then apply. through ana maka access ka sa task manager hopefully.

After ana sulod sa registry e delete to mga entries adto nga mka cause dili mo open imo explorer.exe

usually naa na sa HKLM\software\microsoft\windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.

e delete sad to ang mga entries naa HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\RUN
entries nga dili nimo familiar or tan aw nimo kadudahan.

Unsaon man nako pag install ana inyo gipangsulti na di gani mu open ang explorer.exe...kahibaw manko pag enable balik sa taskmanager using registry editing but unsaon nako pag open sa regedit wala gani start menu or bisan ang task manager lang unta. Pwede kaha using system recovery? di pwede mag format kay naa koy mga important file ngadto.

TS ayaw diretso ug format sa imong HD, basin naa pakay importante nga files diha (porn) wakekeke, bitaw e slave nalang na imong HD sa lain PC nga NAAY antivirus aron ma detect and clean those infected files and transfer those importante files to another HD, or kung naay partion adto e butang and format your drive C only. Ayaw ka limot sa mga files sa imong My Documents ug Desktop files.

who knows basin not affected ang uban system files nmo no need to re install the OS, but its better to format nalang dyud para fresh imong PC.
