if the guy intented to be mistakenly send it 2 u ,then the reason could be so obvious.. he wants to see your reaction regarding his latest lovelife or possibly he wants to knw if you still like him considering that you'll be jealous. hehe
if the guy didn't intended the sms for you, aw for sure at that very moment he's thinking of you that's why instead of sending it to the person who supposed to recieve it,it was delivered to u
