    im also an ex-Con.

cvg was my first and i would say daghan kau ko nakat onan. most of the things i learned about life in the call center came from cvg. and like i always say, if you survived sprint...ul survive anywhere else. based on my own experience.

bitaw. naa jud sa sprint ang mga baddest customers. if you made it there at least 2 months taking calls, sayon nalang ang uban call center. ive proven it already myself, but sad to say i wish to shift to another industry after 6 months. honestly, the call center industry is my second hatest industry after the OFW industry. i wish to work in a spiritually rewarding job rather than a financially rewarding one.... i dunno, IMO, it's better for me to be spiritually rich than materially rich.

First time I spent Christmas and New Year's Eve w/ my family Got my last pay and 13th mo pay w/ not much difference...Woke up the next day and embrace a new found freedom. Paid bills, made sure that I can survive for the next few months to a year...
Then reality checks in---time to look for another job as funds start to deminish...

    While in CVG:
    Fat paycheck
A lot of freebies and food
    team budget
    a lot of allowances
    no weekend off;(
    missed all the concerts, events
no time for self, love life, family..

    After CVG:
Less pay, more relax environment--less stress @ work
more time for self, love, life, family..
    have weekends off..
    not much allowance or freebies
    having a more satisfying life

^ in the end, it is not the money that counts, but the fulfillment of the spirit -- Nirvana.
